We made it to DC!
First, I would like to apologize for not blogging last night. I was wiped when I get back to the room!! But here it goes, now that I’m wide awake!
I said my last goodbyes to the Big Apple today and we started more to the East. It was a long drive but rewarding once we got here. We walked around DC and looked at the monuments. We saw the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial and the FDR Memorial.
I think today we’re touring the rest of the town. I know that we’re going to the Holocaust Museum and the Newseum but I’m not sure what else!
